Name or credit card number does not match or is missing during ID verification

Follow these steps if any of the following is true:

  1. The name on the ID in the picture does not match the name on the credit card in the picture
  2. The credit card number in the picture does not match the credit card number on booking.com
  3. A photo of the ID is missing
  4. A photo of the physical credit card is missing

Step 1: Move both tasks to waiting on team member

Step 2: Assign both tasks to the correct team member

Step 3: Comment on the "New ID Submitted" with the reason

Use one of the following reasons:

  1. The name on the ID in the picture does not match the name on the credit card in the picture
  2. The credit card number in the picture does not match the credit card number on booking.com
  3. No credit card is pictured
  4. No ID is pictured

Step 4: Click the "tags" button

Step 5: Add the "idhelp"tag
