Guest is asking for information on when to pay

Hi please see this article for more information on payment with Airbnb: If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to Airbnb support

Guest wants to know the status of their refund and wants a receipt

The refund was applied on Airbnb, if you log into your account you will see it there. Unfortunately there is no receipt we can provide since Airbnb processes payments for us. If you log into your airbnb account and go to the following link you should be able to see the refund:
