Onboarding steps

All service providers must complete the following items before starting work.

  1. Complete background check- you will receive an email from Vetty with a link to complete this online.
  2. Complete the onboarding form by clicking here. You will need the following info to complete this:
    1. Email
    2. Phone number
    3. Photo of government issue ID
      1. A photo taken with your phone is ok
    4. Paypal account email address
      1. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can create one for free here.
    5. Social security number to fill our the W-9 form at the end
  3. E-sign our service provider agreement- this will be emailed to you 2 days after we have received the items above.
  4. Provide insurance certificate or purchase insurance through Bunker. The cost should be under $45 per month. Please wait until your background check has cleared to complete this step.
    1. Follow this link to submit your certificate of insurance or to purchase insurance for Jersey City
    2. Follow this link to submit your certificate of insurance or to purchase insurance for Washington, DC
    3. If you are a cleaner, please enter "Janitorial/cleaning services" as the Primary Service if purchasing insurance.
    4. If you are a cleaner, please enter "Cleaning short term rentals" for the Company Description.
    5. If you are a handyman please select "Handyperson (no roof work)" as the Primary Service if purchasing insurance.
    6. If you are a handyman, please enter "Handyman for short term rentals" for the Company Description.
    7. If you are a cleaner and your quote comes back at higher than $45 a month, please let us know before purchasing insurance.
      If you are a handyman and your quote comes back at higher than $85 a month, please let us know before purchasing insurance.If you are a handyman please select "Handyperson (no roof work)" as the Primary Service if purchasing insurance.
  5. Attend paid training- will we reach out to you to coordinate training dates
