Turning on notifications

Follow this guide to turn on the appropriate notifications for your Guesty account.

Step 1: Click the button in the top right with your initial then "My Profile"

Step 2: Scroll down to notifications and check off the ones you want to enable

Click save when you are done.

Step 3: Based on your role enable the following notifications

A. Virtual Hosts

  1. Payment failed
  2. Auto authorization hold failed
  3. Invalid card
  4. Inquiry
  5. Canceled
  6. Alteration
