3.13 Preapproval Policy

General Rule: 

If a Pre-approval expired and there is no reply from the guest:

  1. Check if the dates are still open:
    1. Send a message informing the property's availability and to follow up with the guest if still interested to book.
    2. Pre-approve once again.
    3. Snooze for 24 hours
  2. If dates are already booked: 
    1. Archive
