Identify automated messages

This guide will show you how to identify automated messages in Smartbnb.

Step 1: Look underneath the message in Smartbnb

A. If it says "(automatic)" then the message is automated.

B. If it does not say "(automatic)" then the message was sent by a virtual host or team member.
