Approving inquiries

All inquiries must be responded to and approved or denied in Tripadvisor. The login is in Keeper.

Cancelation Policy

If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.

Please always use our company cancelation policy unless otherwise directed.

Payment/Security deposit

Payments and security deposits are processed by the channel. If we want to keep the security deposit, we must file a claim with TripAdvisor.

Canceling a reservation

We can cancel, but financial penalties may apply. Contact the channel if we need to cancel penalty free.
