3.10 Automations: When do we send ID verification messages?

We send ID verification requests/reminders to guests...

At time of booking:

channel message on Airbnb asking to verify ID

3 hours after booking:

(if ID not verified by this time)- SMS to verify ID saying we sent them a message to verify their ID

24 hrs after booking:

(if ID not verified)- ID reminder email

26 hrs after booking:

(if ID not verified)- ID reminder SMS
