Escalate & transfer a call

Follow these instructions for how to escalate a call and transfer it to a team mate.

Step 1: Click transfer button

Step 2: Click the person you want to transfer the call to

Step 3: Click talk to first

Step 4: Inform your team mate of the situation and why you are transferring the call

Step 5: When you are ready to transfer the call, click the green transfer call button

You may also toggle between speaking with the guest and your team mate, but it's better to transfer the call as soon as you have informed your team mate of the issue and they have confirmed that they can assist.
