Properly Photos

Please take the following photos for Properly using the Typeform on your camera phone. If any items can't fit into one photo, please take two separate photos. For some items, you can use the standard photos from the check list. See the bottom of this article for a list of those photos.

If you need to understand the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the unit, please go to the listing.

All photos for properly must be taken in landscape

Bathrooms

  1. Sink
    1. One of these photos should be taken for each bathroom in the unit
    2. Purpose: Verify sink is clean and staged correctly
    3. Stage items for the photo as listed in the check list below
  2. Linens
    1. One of these photos should be taken for each bathroom
    2. Purpose: Ensure that towels and bath mats are in each bathroom in the correct place

Kitchen

  1. Open oven and stove
    1. Purpose: Verify they have cleaned the inside of the oven and top of the stove
    2. Oven door should be open
    3. Take the picture from an angle where both the top of the stove and inside of the oven are visible
    4. No pots or pans on the stove or in the oven. Only a kettle may be on the stove.

  1. Kitchen sink
    1. Purpose: Verify that a new sponge (in wrapper) has been placed on the kitchen sink and hand and dish soap has been refilled
    2. Stage items for the photo as listed in the check list below
  2. High end coffee station (for applicable apartments)
    1. Purpose: Verify that the coffee maker is clean/in the right place and that coffee and tea have been refilled
    2. Stage items for the photo as listed in the check list below
    3. For some units, we use a simple drip coffee and can use the standard photo
    4. Fill the mason jar to the top with coffee beans and put next to the coffee maker. The coffee bag should not be in the photos.
  3. Open cabinets and counter
    1. Purpose: Verify kitchen is clean and placed all dishes in the right place.
    2. All cabinets should be open for this photo and as much of the kitchen should be visible if possible
    3. Stage items for the photo as listed in the check list below

Living room

  1. Folded out sofa bed
    1. Purpose: Verify that sofa bed works before each check-in
    2. Sofa bed should be fully folded out for the photo and have a clean mattress protector on it

  1. Verification photo
    1. Purpose: Verify that the cleaners have cleaned the living room and that everything is set up correctly
    2. The couch should be in it's normal position, not folded out as a bed
    3. Include as much of the living room as possible in this photo

Bedrooms

  1. Verification photo
    1. One of these photos should be taken for each bedroom in the unit
    2. Purpose: Verify that cleaners have made bed properly, cleaned room, and placed towels on the bed
    3. Include as much of the room as possible in the photo, especially the bed
    4. 2 full size towels should be rolled up on the bed
  2. Master bedroom closet (only applicable to master bedroom)
    1. Purpose: Verify extra sheets, duvet cover, duvet, hangers, and pack and play crib are in this closet
    2. Stage items for the photo as listed in the check list below
  3. Bedroom closet (non-master bedrooms)
    1. one of these photos should be taken for each bedroom closet, including additional closet in the master bedroom
    2. Purpose: Verify cleanliness of closet and that 8 hangers are present
    3. Make sure to include hangers in the photo

Finishing touches

  1. Thermostat
    1. Purpose: Verify thermostat to 70 degrees for the next guest

  1. Lockbox
  2. Coffee maker open so we can see that there is no dirty filter
  3. Coffee station with 2 mugs if there is a standard drip coffee maker
  4. Empty open fridge
  5. Empty and clean microwave
  6. Empty dishwasher
  7. TV remote and wifi card
  8. Welcome card on kitchen counter
  9. Toilet- 2 rolls of toilet paper on top, toilet paper in holder folded into triangle, and toilet seat closed
