Renter's insurance needs to be done with $100,000 liability

electricity - SRP - set up for the day the lease starts

internet - COX is our ISP

Park in any uncovered space

elevator is only in building A

no elevator in building B

use whichever entrance is closer to the units

24/7 on-call maintenance

contact the office phone number, limited to emergencies only

work orders are completed in 24-48 hours

lightbulbs, leaky toilet, clogged

if resident damages something they pay for it

waste management:

dumpsters located throughout the parking lots

have to take it to the dumpster

parking:

all uncovered are first-come and first served

reserved $35/mo, garage $100/mo

b2g floorplan comes with attached garage

expired tags will be towed

Mail:

each apartment will have a mailbox

we don't accept packages in the office
