Cancelation policy

70% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 30% refund up until the day of arrival

Payment/Security deposit

Payments are processed by the channel. The security depost must be collected by us by asking for the guest's credit card and performing an authorization hold 2 days before arrival.

Immediately reach out to the guest after they book to get their credit card info. Authorize the credit card for $1 when first get it and save the card to Guesty.

Canceling a reservation

Follow this guide for to cancel a reservation. If there is a fee for canceling the reservation, you may reach out to channel support.

If the guest has not provided ID or credit card, make sure to reach out to channel support for assistance or to cancel.
