Check Refund status for guest who booked on platform whose payment management is on Guesty

In this section we will see how to check the refund status for a guest who booked on platform whose payment management is on Guesty, e.g. Booking.com.

Step 1: Click on "Financials" tab.

Step 2: Go to "Payments" section and check for "Refund".

If the refund has been done, it will show in "Payments" section. Payment section will have entry for all the refunds done.

Step 3: Click on down arrow next to refund and then click on "View details".

Step 4: Check refund amount and payment method.

You can let the guests know when the refund was processed by looking at the date. Also let the guests know that it will depend on the bank at what time they will receive it.
