Cancelation policy

Bookings canceled 60 days before receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 30 days before receive a 50% refund, no refund within 30 days.

Payment/Security deposit

Payments are processed by the channel. The security depost must be collected by us by asking for the guest's credit card and performing an authorization hold 2 days before arrival.

Immediately reach out to the guest after they book to get their credit card info. Authorize the credit card for $1 when first get it and save the card to Guesty.

Canceling a reservation

Follow this guide for to cancel a reservation. If there is a fee for canceling the reservation, you may reach out to our channel contact.

If the guest has not provided ID or credit card, make sure to reach out to our channel contact for assistance or to cancel.
