Cancelation policy

​Bookings canceled 60 days before receive 100% refund, bookings canceled at least 30 days before receive a 50% refund, no refund within 30 days.

Payment/Security deposit

Payments are processed by us through Stripe in Guesty. We charge 50% upon booking and 50% 7 days before arrival. We charge a credit card authorization of $300 as a security deposit.

No check-in instructions should be sent until all of the above payments and the authorization hold are successful.

Canceling a reservation

To cancel a reservation, change the reservation to canceled in Guesty (Reservation > Status > Canceled).

We may cancel up to 10% of reservations. If more than this are canceled, our ranking on Homeaway will be lowered.
