Cancelation policy

  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

Payment/Security deposit

Payments are processed by us through Stripe in Guesty. We charge 50% upon booking and 50% 7 days before arrival. We charge a credit card authorization of $300 as a security deposit.

No check-in instructions should be sent until all of the above payments and the authorization hold are successful.

Canceling a reservation

To cancel a reservation, mark the credit card invalid and then return 24 hours later to the reservation in booking.com and click "Cancel this reservation".
