Turning off automated guest messages

Follow this article to turn off automated guest messages. All automated messages are controlled through these fields in Guesty.

Step 1: Go the the reservation in Guesty and scroll down to "Additional information"

Step 2: Turn the custom fields to "No" for the messages that you don't want to send

If you want to turn off all automated guest messages, you can do so by switch the "All automations" field to "No". If you do this, you don't need to change each individual field to "No"

Step 3: Click Save
